Article - Problems of Modern Economics

The article discusses formation of relations of concession in infrastructure branches of economy as a form of state industrial policy implementation. Similar foreign practice in the area of energy and gas provision is analyzed. The author demonstrates the necessity of using concessions within the frames of natural monopolies such as RAO “UES of Russia” and OAO “Gazprom,” which will allow introducing elements of competition into the previously monopoly spheres of state economy
