Innovational economics as the basis for sustainable development of CIS countries
The article provides a detailed treatment of innovational economics, discusses its major feature in connection with qualitative and quantitative criteria of sustainable development in CIS countries. The author dwells on the notion of self-development of the national economy, based on social factors and effective use of human capital, and argues that the system of global institutes of management does not meet the current challenges. Major structural problems arising on the way of transition of CIS countries towards innovational economics are described, as well as the mechanism of this transition
