Mutual relations between the organizational structure of management and the strategy of development of enterprises in oil-gas-and-chemical complex in the Republic of Tatarstan

The article analyzes the oil-gas-and-chemical complex in the Republic of Tatarstan and major directions of its development. The author discuses the strategy of business development in regards to a number of enterprises of oil-gas-and-chemical complex in Tatarstan, stressing the mutual relation between the organizational structure of management and the strategies of organizational development
