Contemporary approaches to formation of the organizational structure in retail trade networks
The article discusses theoretical and practical aspect of the corporate culture, its organizational structure, as well as types of models of retail network management. Based on the multi-format retail trade of the “O’Kay” network, the author presents formation of the organizational structure, adapted to contemporary market conditions
