Influence of family members upon purchase decision making
The article discusses the role of each family member upon decision making related to the purchase of goods and services on different stages of the process, as well as evaluation of this role. Conclusions are based on the results of questionnaire offered to 300 inhabitants of Novosibirsk. The authors present a comparative analysis of these results from the point of view of various parameters characterizing the process of purchase decision making
