Concentration of capital in contemporary Russia: preconditions, reasons, possible consequences
The article discusses precondition and reasons for concentration of capital in the hands of the state and possible consequences of this consolidation. The author concludes that out of all traditional forms and methods of reforming, concentration of capital in the hands of the state should be regarded on the one hand, as an effective method of withstanding the expansion of the Western civilization, and on the other, as a testified means of ruling and retaining of power
