The role of corporate culture in proving of effective management and transition to sustainable development of a company
The article shows the influence produced by corporate culture upon company’s sustainability. The author proceeds on the assumptions that flexible corporate culture allows a company to adapt to changes in external milieu. A model of estimating the input of corporate culture into a company’s development is presented
