Organizational structures of the innovation epoch
The article discusses the evolution of organizational structures. Its characteristic feature is decentralization of power in a corporation, endowing of managers of the lower levels with authority and responsibility for final results and sustainable development in the context of drastically changing internal and external milieu. The author contrasts the traditional bureaucratic organizational culture based on power vertical, and what may be call adhocratic structure
