Problem of transformation of Siberian wealth into its people well-being

The article deals with one of the major problems of contemporary society – raising of the level and quality of live and developing of the regions removed from the capital. The authors provide data of comparative analysis of socio-economic situation in Siberian Federal okrug and Omsk region, and analyze the main tendencies of the region’s development
