Problems of socio-economic development of the regions of the Far North in the context of crisis

The article discusses a number of issues in relation to investment and innovation potential of Russia’s Northern territories. The authors present a number of arguments about the non-effective use of mineral- and raw material potential of the Far North and its social infrastructure
