Business-model as a useful concept of strategic management
The article focuses on the concept of business-model, gives the general description of the main ways of its investigation, and offers a systemic analysis of the business-model concept in the form of the matrix of system characteristics. The author discusses the issues of sustainability of the business-model, shows its relation to the contemporary conceptions of strategic management, and stresses its role as a useful conceptual instrument of strategic management
