Process approach to managing companies after merging and absorption
The author discusses possibilities of applying process approach for development of the integrated model of managing merging and absorption, summarizes the main ideas about this process in foreign scholarly literature, defines the gist of the process approach, and singles out problems in relation to management of companies at the stage merging that may be resolved with the use of process approach
