Approaches to evaluation of loyalty within the frames of the interaction market
The article analyzes contemporary methods and conceptions of parametric evaluation of consumer loyalty, and shows merits and drawbacks of these methods. Analysis is conducted from the perspective of contemporary conception of marketing interaction
