On natural-historical specificities of development of entrepreneurship in Russia (Russia, St.Petersburg)
The article continues discussion about the impact of the national (individual) factor upon the general economic development raised in the article by I.K. Smirnov dedicated to perspectives upon the issue of property among Russian scholars (see Problems of Modern Economics № 2 2009). This article focuses on issue of development of the notion of “entrepreneurship” in its close connection with the notion of “property.” Entrepreneurship and property are seen as two sides of a single process developing in time and space
