ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS: THEORY AND PRACTICE OF MANAGEMENT
Stojanov I. A.
Assistant professor, Chair of Economic and Management, V.P. Astafjev Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University, PhD (Economics)

The role of contemporary state in overcoming of crisis phenomena (Russia, St.Petersburg)
The article analyzes existing theoretical approaches to definition of the reasons of the global economic crisis. The author discusses both traditional approaches that connect the crisis with the principles of functioning of the capitalist system with its cyclicity of development, and of the authors that speak about the complete exhaustion of further possibilities for human development within the frames of the existing capitalist system. The author herself argues that the deeper reason of today’s crisis is explained by the transition to the sixth structural technological mode, and that the state should play the key role in this transition
Key words: global economic crisis, structural technological mode, partnership between state and private business
