Directions of integration processes in economic units (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article offers a differentiated approach to the issue of formation of a corporation as an institute, to the interpretation of the notion of “corporation,” and the role of corporations in the national and global economy. The author discusses major theories of corporation formation and development, as well as their content on the basis of cluster approach
