Industrial politics of the state as effective formation of business micro-environment (Russia, St. Petersburg)

Based on the structure of M. Porter (the so-called “Porter diamond”), the article discusses industrial politics as a complex tool in the process of effective formation of business micro-environment. The author analyzes the basic element of business environment and distinguishes the elements of micro-environment that should become objects of influence for the industrial politics
