Concept of development of health care in the Russian Federation till 2020: Problems of realization in the context of economic recession (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses issues related to the development of health care concept in the Russian Federation in the situation of crisis and subsequent recession. The major attention is paid to the distribution of responsibility for people’s health between the state and private medicine
