Commercial secret as an element of shadow economy (Russia, Ufa)
Support and development of entrepreneurship and competitive environment is an important activity of the state. The law “On commercial secret,” adopted in 2004, on the one hand gave businessmen a new tool for development of competitive advantages, yet on the other hand, broadened the field of shadow activity. The article analyzes commercial secret in its dialectic relations with the shadow economy, and discusses a classification of the commercial secret as an instrument of the shadow economy
