| | | Based on evolutionary diagnostics in relation to the priority principle of managerial decision making, the article argues for the necessity of revision of the managerial paradigm for the economic subject on the city consumer market. The new paradigm should be based on the following principles: development of organizational capacity of firms; use of client-oriented approaches; competitiveness of business-process models; competencies built into the business process.
