Some issues of legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy) in Great Britain (Russia, Moscow)
The article discusses some aspects of regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy) in accordance with the legislation of Great Britain, including major normative acts, types of procedures, participants of bankruptcy proceedings, and the order of satisfying the creditors’ claims
