De-formalization of the Russian institute of bankruptcy: regional aspect (Russia, Kemerovo)
The article analyses the system of relations within the framework of the Russian institute of bankruptcy, where de-formalization plays the most important role and leads to a considerable gap between the normative and the actual models of this institute. The authors identify the reasons, forms, and mechanism of de-formalization of legal norms that result in low effectiveness of the formal mechanism of regulation
