Institutional problems in development of the branches of the special sphere (the case of health care)
The article discusses one of the key problems in the social sphere of the Russian economy, i.e. the considerable inequality in accessibility to social services of different categories of population, which is especially true for the sphere of health care. The author discusses theoretical aspects of the issue of social justice and effectiveness from the point of view of two approaches: access to health care resources and its financing in the form of financial deposits received by the system of health care from various socio-economic subjects. Special attention is paid to the functioning of the state and private systems of health care in Russia and abroad
