Perspectives and problems of development of tourism and recreation complex of Baikal region (Russia, St.Petersburg)
The article stresses the importance of the tourism and recreation complex of the country, including the Baikal region, for the increase of the quality of life of Russia’s citizens. The author shows the necessity of state regulation of price politics of natural monopolies in this sphere, and argues that development of the internal market of tourism and recreation services should become one of the elements of the country’s anti-crisis policy
