|The article offers various approaches to the definition of the notion “capital,” including its global and national components. International legitimate currency, or the system of regional currencies, is necessary within the global capital. The authors argue for the expansion of the national capital through incorporating of natural and societal productive powers into it, e.g. science, education, culture. Owners should have their property rights officially recognized|
