Dialectics of development of the concept of corporate social responsibility (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article focuses on the concept of “corporate social responsibility” (CSR) and discusses the socially responsible business behavior within the framework of sustainable societal development. Presently CSR does not have a single definition in academic and business circles, and the author attempts to select theoretical ideas that may help to integrate its existing definitions. The key concepts of CRS are considered against the background of such ideas as business ethics, interested sides, corporate citizenship and sustainable development
