Organization of small- and medium-scale enterprises in the form of groups as a factor of their successful development (Russia, Moscow)
The article discusses the major practical models of organization of small- and medium-scale enterprises in the form of groups, distinguishes advantages and disadvantages of creation of new enterprises, and analyzes the application of schemes of indirect control and cross-ownership. The author considers these elements of organizational structure against the process of an enterprise’ development, and defines the order of these elements’ application that would allow a company to maintain sustainable growth and achieve competitive advantages
