Estimation of the size of unclaimed bank accounts of physical persons in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorus’ (Republic of Byelorus’, Minsk)

The article focuses on the issue of unclaimed bank accounts belonging to physical persons; offers a definition and a classification of such accounts with the division into two groups, “insignificant” and “urgent,” and discusses possible approaches to the estimation of the possible size of unclaimed accounts in Russia and the Republic of Byelorus’
