Dilemma of special economic zones in Ukraine: subsidiary regionalism or systemic de-regulated tribalism? (Ukraine, Kiev)
The article investigates the models of the present-day special economic zones in the context of development of Russian and international economies. The author analyzes forms of regulation of the regional economic development in the spheres of industrial cooperation and the issues related to the wholesome system of internal market. Particular attention is paid to various forms of effectivity of the centralized and de-centralized regional management
