Regulation of the labor market in the Russian Federation subjects (Russia, Samara)
The article discusses the influence of state regulation of the regional labor market upon the indices of its functioning. Analysis of the legal basis of the Russian Federation subjects exhibits the insufficient degree of legislation development in the sphere of labor and employment in many regions. The author states that the presence of an elaborate legislative basis of labor market regulation in a Russian Federation subject does not decrease social strain or the level of unemployment
