Problems of municipal units of the Republic of Daghestan in the sphere of employment and taxation in the period of crisis (Russia, Makhachkala)

The article discusses the issues of employment and taxation of municipal units in the period of crisis; analyzes the role of the political power and society, as well as their interaction for making these processes effective. The authors also address the question of difficulties in the formation of the local self-government, determined by the insufficiency of financial and high-quality labor resources for the balanced development of municipal units
