| Broadening of the international cooperation with the countries of Asian-Pacific region requires improvement of service quality on railway transport. The article analyzes the category “transportation service,” defines the branch specificities of the basic principles of quality management, and discusses the schemes of participation of the company’s authorities in the system of improved strategic management.
