| | | The article analyzes priority direction of innovative development in the agrarian sector of the regional economy (case of Samara region). Based on the method of hierarchy analysis, the author constructs the matrix of priority directions for the innovative development, distinguishes the major factors and actors of the process, and stresses the necessity of the systemic approach in the formation of the innovative cluster of the agrarian sector.
