Post-crisis diagnostics, post-industrial capitalism and criterion of effective modernization (Russia, St. Petersburg)
Analysis of post-crisis development of world and Russian economies shows that fundamental contradictions that led to the systemic crisis are not resolved. Transition towards a new economic order, postindustrial capitalism, is necessary. Investigation of the characteristic features of this new order allows to determine ways of modernization of the Russian economy and to ground the necessity for the change of evaluation criteria in respect to effectiveness of strategic managerial decisions
Key words: global financial and economic crisis, postindustrial capitalism, modernization of economy, criterion of effectiveness, strategic managerial decision
