PHILOSOPHY OF ECONOMIC VALUES
Miropol'lsky D. Yu.
Head of the Chair of General Economic Theory, St.Petersburg State University of Economy and Finances, PhD (Economics), Professor

Principle of systematicity in theoretical economics (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article focuses on the problem of method in the study of economics as a unified systemic whole; dialectical method is seen as the only one adequate for this task. However, if economics is but one of the definitions of the universe as a notion, then which categorial set should be used for the study of economics as a unified whole — being, essence, universal or particular?
Key words: theoretical economics, Universe, human being, product, life of a product, essence of a product, notion of a product
