Conception of “double structuring”: genesis of competences in social processes (Russia, Ufa)
The article describes a new approach unifying the sociological notions on the social process, changes of the social order, structuring, and the concept of sociologically oriented interpretative regulatory mechanism of management. The author shows that the active use of the process of competences renovation and development of social networks endows the system with additional advantages in the contemporary situation characterized by the complex market relations and growth of competition
