| | | The article analyzes the evolution of trust to various means of payment, describes the existing sources of money influx into economy, and discusses the possibility of the private monetary emission through the direct crediting of physical persons by the state as represented by the Central Bank. The author introduces the notion of fiduciary rating of a physical person, established by the special credit-and-rating system on the basis of all existing personal information and the possibilities of the artificial intellect.
