Present-day state of the labor market and the market for educational resources (regional aspect) (Russia, Saratov)
The article analyzes the present day state of the labor market and the market for educational resources in Balakovo municipal district of Saratov region. The author argues that the current preparation of qualified specialists does not take into consideration the changes on the labor market or of the real capacity of labor resources of enterprises and organizations. As a result, a number of graduates are running the risk of receiving qualifications not in demand on the labor market. The main aim of this article is to define the gap between the preparation of specialists and labor market demand
