State support and regulation in stimulating the innovative activity of Russia’s economy (Russia, Kaluga)
The article discusses various problems related to the financing of innovative projects and the current necessity to stimulate the innovative activity. Presently the mechanism of innovative potential exploitation is completely ineffective; target-oriented methods of state regulation are vital for the innovative re-orientation of economy and investment flows
