Transaction-and-network approach to evaluation of institutional changes

The article analyzes various approaches to evaluation of institutional changes in the socio-economic system, discusses their limitations, and emphasizes the principles and tools of the transactional costs theory, as well as network theory that are capable of overcoming these limitations
