Managing the regional investment and construction complex: specificities of the system formation (Russia, Kazan’, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses the system of interaction between the state and the investor through the creation of the favorable investment climate in a region, presents a simplified scheme of interaction and partnership among the subjects of the regional economy for realization of the investment and construction politics, and analyzes the main tasks in the development of investment and construction complexes
