Legal support of economic development of Russia’s coastal territories
(Russia, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky)
The article discusses the impact of globalization upon the natural ecological systems of coastal zones. Russia still lacks legislation that would take into account the interests of neighbor states and their coastal territories. A set of new legislative acts under development will create the legal framework for environmental protection in the Russian Federation, which will facilitate stabilization of the ecological situation
