Regional factors in the functioning of small-scale business (Russia, Ulan-Ude)
The article addresses regional factors and their impact upon the functioning of small-scale entrepreneurship, including its subjective and objective problems. The author describes the specificity of the Lake Baikal in relation to entrepreneurship and focuses on the ways of improving state support in this sphere
