Innovative strategies of state electric engineering companies in Russia (Russia, Moscow)

The article focuses on the issues of formation and realization of innovative strategies of state electric engineering companies in Russia. The author shows that realization of innovative development programs and the general investment politics play the crucial role in this process, and define the necessary and sufficient level of innovative programs financing, as well as potential risks and threats this involves
