State regulation of economy as a way of resolving the contradiction between the aggregate and the individual capital (Russia, Nevinnomyssk)
The article emphasizes state regulation as a means of resolving the contradiction between the aggregate and the individual capital and shows the importance of the reproduction of the aggregate capital for the expanded production and individual capitals and the aggregate employee. Bureaucracy is treated as realization of private interests within the management system — interests that contradict the goals of expanded production of the aggregate capital
