African economy in the context of the approaching second wave of the international economic crisis (Russia, Moscow)

The article provides a multi-factor analysis of socio-economic problems that the African countries are facing in view of the approaching second wave of the international financial and economic crisis. The authors present results of complex research dedicated to the impact of the global, cyclical, structural and other facts upon African economy, which is a first attempt at such a research in Russia, and according to some parameters, in the world
