Shared values and cooperative business code in the organizational culture of consumer cooperation (Russia, Yakutsk)
Based on the results of special statistical research, the article discusses the notion of shared values in the corporative business code in the organizational culture of consumer cooperation. The author suggests ways to make management in cooperative organization more efficient and involve shareholders in the management process
