| The article shows that Russia, like many other countries, exhausted growth potential on the basis of the existing economic model. Transition to a new model requires a radical transformation of the industrial politics; the most important task of the new political economy is to theorize the transformation of rent-and-debt type of capitalism into innovation-based capitalism.
