Problems of evaluation and reduction of transaction costs on the real estate market (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to the analysis of transaction costs in the context of their impact upon the real estate market. The authors define the major notions and distinguish the main problems of transaction cost evaluation and possible ways of their reduction
