Effective distribution of investments on the basis of expenditure analysis in road construction (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article discusses approaches and methods that determine the principles of financing in road construction on the part of the European commission. The economic basis of analysis of expenditures and revenues allows determining investment attractiveness of construction projects within the regional policies of the European Union
